Job Summary:
The College of Engineering (COE) at Oregon State University seeks an energetic leader for the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). The role involves collaborating with the Dean to develop programs aligned with the university's strategic plan. EECS focuses on research in areas like AI, robotics, and renewable energy. The position offers opportunities in engineering education and research, including interdisciplinary programs.

The School Head will lead academic and research initiatives, manage operations, supervise staff, contribute to teaching and research, and engage in fund development. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational management, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
