• Work collaboratively with all UUSOD sections, including pediatrics, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral pathology, general dentistry, and periodontics

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree and be eligible for an unrestricted dental license in Utah. Requirements for a Utah dental license are found on DOPL.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in teaching or higher education
• Background in clinical practice

The school fosters a humanistic, evidence-based approach to education and patient care. We are looking for applicants who will educate and mentor dental students to be technically proficient in all aspects of primary oral health care and who can serve as role models for the compassionate and ethical care of patients.
