Join Melbourne Metrics as a School Partnerships Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to scale the use of next-generation assessment tools, credentials, and services. You'll co-design and deliver innovative school partnership programs, empowering educators to assess and credential the complex competencies learners need to thrive. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in teaching, assessment, and school leadership while collaborating with diverse educational partners both domestically and internationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Program Design and Delivery: Co-design, review, develop, and refine content and materials for online and face-to-face delivery of school partnership and professional learning programs.
  • Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitate convenings and professional learning for educator cohorts, conduct coaching and mentoring sessions, and support participants in embedding new practices.
  • Resource Development: Design and produce engaging artefacts and teaching materials, utilizing assessment technologies, tools, and resources to enhance participant experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the reporting, evaluation, and quality management of partnerships and programs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external education stakeholders, thought leaders, and team members to contribute effectively to partnerships and programs.

You may be a great fit if:

You are an experienced educator with a passion for driving transformation in assessment and recognition practices, possessing strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

You will also:

  • Have a deep understanding of contemporary assessment approaches, teaching and learning practices, and school leadership.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality programs.
  • Exhibit a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold relevant qualifications and experience in education, assessment, or a related field.
