Job Description: To understand the overall process in the assigned department and work with quality improvement initiatives. To provide services to any area that requires reprocessing of flexible scopes. To properly clean and disinfect flexible scopes and related instrumentation. To assemble and organize case carts for surgery. To operate all sterilization equipment, stock supplies and perform biological testing of sterilizers.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) or Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) required within eighteen (18) months of hire.
