SDE101 is an essential component of our strategy to support and affirm students during their transition to college in their first semester at Chatham. The course is also a collaborative effort between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to promote student success.

The full breadth of the SDE101 instructor responsibilities, including time commitments and compensation are captured in document attached. We are planning on holding a training on Friday, August 8, 2025.
