enforcement or other related experience. Ability to successfully pass a thorough background investigation. Excellent integrity and demonstrated good moral character and initiative. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Must be available to work weekend and nighttime hours. Must be able to work in a stationary position as well as remain standing for periods of time. Must be able to traverse the estate to make regular rounds and to visually inspect areas for safety.
