Course Description:

Personalized course for the Faculty of Medicine. Review of the French linguistic code (pronunciation, spelling, grammar, and vocabulary) focused on an overview of strategies for oral comprehension and production, practical exercises in oral comprehension and expression: free conversations, short presentations, debates, activities based on television and radio shows. Systematization of knowledge of the linguistic code. Individual practice. Schedule: September 28 to December 19; Thursday: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. online.

BA with specialization in a field relevant to teaching French as a second language or advanced certificate in teaching French as a second language. Two years of experience teaching FSL at the college and/or university level. Previous experience teaching this course or an equivalent FSL course. Experience with a heterogeneous group.
