travel issues and address the specific needs of the learners whilst they are transitioning to, and progressing out of, the College. Responsibilities would also include administration of the formal review process for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans.
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in an educational environment
- Understanding of the 2014 Code of Practice
- Experience of working in partnership with a variety of agencies (e.g. schools and local authorities).
- Ability to build effective working relationships and meet the needs of a diverse range of people
- Good IT, organisational and administrative skills, and be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively
