- Based in Student Experience and Success Portfolio at the Adelaide CBD Campus Location
- Multiple part-time (0.8FTE), continuing position contracts
- Salary range: $101,785 – $113,839 per annum (pro rata, plus 17% superannuation)

Work that matters
As a Senior Access and Inclusion Adviser you will assist with providing expert advice and support to students with disabilities or access needs. You will conduct assessments of the functional impact of disability, chronic health conditions or carer responsibilities, and recommending appropriate services and accommodations.
This role will require you to provide advice to academic and professional staff on implementing reasonable adjustments and inclusive practices in line with Adelaide University policy and legislation.
This position will collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to provide outcomes and support.

The team
Reporting to the Manager, Access and Inclusion, this role will also have regular interactions with students, professional and academic staff across the university, government and funding bodies and other external service providers.

- Student Support - Deliver high-quality, timely support and advice to Adelaide University students with disabilities or access needs
- Inclusive Practice - Drive the adoption of inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment practices across Adelaide University
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners to enhance access and inclusion
- Service Improvement - Monitor, evaluate, and improve access and inclusion services, ensuring alignment with best practice and compliance requirements
- Resource Development - Develop and deliver training, resources, and communications to promote disability awareness and inclusive practise
