Senior Accountant

You'll work closely with our CFO, accounting team, and leaders throughout the company, giving you the opportunity to learn all sides of the financial operations behind our convenience stores and car washes. We're looking for someone who is strong in accounting, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company where there is opportunity to advance over time.
Salary
$70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & General Ledger
- Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliationsSupport the month-end close process and financial reportingMaintain accurate accounting records and strong internal controlsReview financial information for accuracy and identify discrepanciesHelp improve accounting processes and procedures
Operational Accounting
- Process and reconcile daily fuel accounting and invoicingMaintain accounts receivable records and monitor outstanding balancesProcess and apply customer paymentsManage the fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciationAdminister the company fleet card program, including transaction review and issue resolution
- Help oversee the day-to-day workflow of the admin accounting teamSupport store managers with daily paperwork, cash reconciliation questions, and other accounting needsWork with the CFO, accounting team, and operational leaders to resolve issues and improve processesTake on additional accounting responsibilities as you learn the business and develop in the role
