Position Description
Performs responsible and complex administrative support or technical program assistance work. Work is performed under general supervision from the administrator. Direct supervision of subordinate personnel may be included in the job responsibilities.

Provides high-level administrative support for Assistant Vice Chancellor and Foundation Counsel, including scheduling meetings, calendaring deadlines, travel reservations and processing, P-Card receipt tracking and submittal. Provides additional administrative support to the Chancellor's Council team, including assistance with team meetings, communications, travel, P-Card activities, events, promotional materials, and special projects.
