The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level organizational and operational support to leadership and departmental teams. This role oversees complex scheduling, manages day-to-day administrative functions, coordinates internal projects, and serves as a central point of communication among management, staff, faculty, and students to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $18.26 per hour, based on experience.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 24 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid driver's license may be required for work in certain areas for the performance of specific job duties. (Candidates assigned to locations requiring vehicle operation must possess and maintain an active, valid driver's license)
