"Senior Advisor Organization and Financing"

Job Summary: As a senior advisor at the NFU, you will contribute to a sustainable healthcare system by working on the organization, funding, and financing of care in university medical centers (umc's). This role involves high-complex care linked to scientific research and education, innovating healthcare through strategic advice to ensure accessible healthcare.

Responsibilities: You will handle financial and organizational issues where umc's collaborate, including funding and organization questions like network care, sustainability, and insured package management. Engage with partner organizations and stakeholders to shape the financial healthcare landscape. Provide strategic advice on current trends, developments, and political issues such as government plans for budget funding. Work with NFU colleagues, management teams, umc experts, and board members to build networks and act as a key connector.

Qualifications and Requirements: You have a completed WO-level education in a relevant field. Experience in a political-administrative environment, affinity with healthcare and finance, relevant work experience, and experience in policy advising are required. You can create support for your advice and turn it into concrete actions. Knowledge and experience in the field are desired. The position is for 32-36 hours per week.

What the Employer Offers: Salary based on scale 12 of the umc's Cao (€5847 to €7424 per month), depending on knowledge and experience. Additional benefits include 8% vacation pay, a thirteenth month, favorable pension contributions (70% employer, 30% employee), a phone, and a laptop.
