Senior Analyst

Position Description

Performs professional level analysis and control functions in area of assignment.

Major/Essential Functions

• Supervise a Sr Accountant, 2- Analysts, and Student Workers
• Assist as needed with Departmental Billing
• Review and process open encumbrances in relation to Operations Orgs
• Work with the Accounts Payable Manager on Special projects and monthly billings
• Performs other duties required to support the mission of the Division and University

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field. Three (3) years related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven years.

• Experience with Accounts Payable and Procurement
• Experience with accounts payable processes
• Techbuy/Jagger experience
• Administration or supervisor experience
