Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of assessment processes, procedures and digital assessment platforms. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, academic colleagues and professional services teams. Experience managing complex administrative processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Desirable Requirements Experience of process improvement, change initiatives, assessment reporting or examination scheduling and systems.
