Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Senior Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations will play a critical role in advancing the department's strategic vision to Restore the Standard by:
- Delivering operational excellence across all athletic functions.
- Creating a championship-level experience for student-athletes, coaches, and fans.
- Strengthening organizational effectiveness through sound human resource practices.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and first-class game day operations.
- Enhancing student-athlete opportunities through innovative NIL programming.
- Supporting competitive excellence within assigned sport programs.
- Building a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Years Experience,Skills, Training , Education:
- Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area
- Five to ten years of administrative management or business management experience.
