Job Description
Provides advanced clinical and administrative support within a campus health services setting, ensuring efficient patient intake, clinic flow, and support of clinical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced patient intake functions, including scheduling coordination, registration, and documentation support
• Assist with clinical preparation and support functions consistent with scope of practice (e.g., room preparation, vital signs, patient flow coordination)
• Coordinate daily patient flow and support clinic efficiency under direction of clinical and administrative leadership
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of health records and administrative documentation systems
• Serve as an experienced resource for front-office and clinical support processes, assisting in training and onboarding of new staff
• Independently manage routine operational issues within established procedures
Shift
M-F, 8am-5pm
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a college health services environment.
Anticipated Hiring Range
$20.20-$21.78
