Job Title: Senior College and Regional Recruiting and Enrollment Specialist
Department: Fisher College | Graduate Programs Administration
The graduate recruiter is often the applicant's first point of contact with the college and is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Primary responsibilities include: Prospect identification and relationship building, maintaining contact (phone/email) and meeting with prospective students throughout the recruitment process, continuous pipeline development, application evaluation, organizing and conducting information sessions/program presentations, attending grad fairs, company visits, meeting with business leaders/corporations to promote the program and generate interest in sending their employees through the program. This position works with graduate programs and is primarily focused on programs offered to working professionals. This job typically involves engaging with working professionals on their schedule, thus late afternoon/evening work is the norm. Some travel and weekend work will be required.
This is a hybrid position with 60% of the job performed on campus. There will be flexibility in work schedules due to the nature of the job.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience in a related field of study. At least 4 years’ experience working in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related area. Demonstrated experience working within a team-based work environment; Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic background. Strong time management, organizational skills, customer-service skills.

Additional Information: The target hiring range for this job profile is $55,700 - $72,700.00. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
