This position is an integral part of the Program & Events team, which is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality, strategically aligned business initiatives and ensuring the effective allocation of resources across Centre events and activities. About the opportunity Coordinate the end-to-end processes to plan, resource and deliver a broad range of high-profile events and activities. Provide high-quality administrative and logistical support, including the administration of travel arrangements. About you Demonstrated experience in event management with a proactive approach to problem solving. Proven ability to oversee logistics from end‑to‑end ensuring high quality, timely and well‑executed outcomes. Demonstrated experience maintaining planning tools to support effective scheduling and decision‑making, with superior skills in Outlook and Excel. Extensive experience in providing high‑level administrative support including diary management and administering travel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience liaising with external stakeholders, including government officials.
