Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above with 2 years’ work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work independently. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
The appointee will provide executive and administrative support to the Administration Office in one or more of the following areas, including Finance, Teaching and Learning, Research, Event Coordination and Human Resources. He/She will support day-to-day operations of the Office, and perform other duties as assigned.
