Job Description

1. Support outreach, alumni engagement, and communication activities for the department
2. Support the operations of the undergraduate programme
3. Support the department’s IT-related matters

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Communications, or Public Relations is a plus.
2. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Experience in communications, or related functions is an advantage.
4. Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital tools; comfortable using AI applications and other technology platforms.
5. Strong IT skills and experience working with systems, databases, or web platforms.
6. Well-organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
