Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR Business Partnering team in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations for the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding
- Manage re-appointment and work pass renewal matters
- Assist with promotion and performance review exercises
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Handle HR communications and respond to employee queries
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide support for other day-to-day HR matters as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
- Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a “can-do” mind set
- Team Player, able to consider the interest of the team and the University
- Meticulous, able to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting tight deadlines
