Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Programmes and Event Management)

Job Description

The candidate will play a key role in assisting and organising the Department’s outreach initiatives, actively reinforcing, and promoting healthy lifestyle on campus. Daily tasks will include project and event management as well as administrative support to the unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Programme manager overseeing health management and active lifestyle activities including recreational sports interest groups, chronic disease and weight management programmes
  • Full spectrum of organising Department level events from conceptualisation to execution of events/activities
  • Process and manage Unit’s administrative and operational matters
  • Support team with projects and tasks when required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 2 - 5 years of working experience in a relevant industry (health promotion / sports management / events management)Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen interest in sports, health improvement and wellbeing
