Senior Executive (Engineering)
Job Description
Operations Support
- Assist in the daily operations of engineering systems (MEP, HVAC, elevators, etc.).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- To manage outsourced engineering staff.
Project & Maintenance Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of maintenance works and minor projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repairs.
- Ensure timely documentation of maintenance activities.
Compliance & Safety
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Report potential hazards and support emergency response protocols.
Sustainability & Reporting
- Contribute to energy-saving initiatives.
- Monitor and record utility consumption.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and updates.
Guest Service Support
- Respond to guest or stakeholder requests related to engineering support.
- Work closely with the front office team to address engineering service issues promptly.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in engineering or facilities support, preferably in hospitality or institutional settings.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance software.
