If so, we invite you to apply for the role of Programme Executive for our MSc-Applied Biomedicine (MSc-ABM) programme!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full administration of the MSc-ABM programme, supporting students from recruitment and admissions through graduation and degree conferment.
• Manage annual admissions for over 100 students, including application queries, course registrations, exam logistics, and academic consultations.
• Provide timely follow-up and dedicated support for students throughout their candidature.
• Plan and organize orientation sessions, commencement dinners, and represent the programme at education fairs.
• Ensure programme websites are regularly updated and all information is current.
• Assist with capstone projects, graduation checks, and student candidature matters.
• Handle programme budgeting and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• And any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Sciences)
• Experience in the education industry is advantageous
• Effective Communication (written and verbal)
• A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
