We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Executive Student Recruitment to support the Manager in achieving student recruitment and enrolment targets, with a primary focus on the Singapore domestic market. The role is responsible for lead generation, applicant conversion, stakeholder engagement, admissions support, and strengthening JCU’s position as a preferred university choice in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment strategies and campaigns to achieve domestic enrolment targets.
Provide accurate advice on admission requirements, programmes, and the benefits of studying at JCU.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, corporate partners, community organisations, and other stakeholders to generate student leads.
Manage prospective student enquiries and follow up to maximize conversions.
Process student applications, including academic assessments, Letters of Offer, Student Contracts, ICA student pass applications where required, and finance documentation.
Ensure compliance with SSG and EduTrust requirements in admissions processes.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor pipeline performance.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities in the Singapore market.
Support open houses, education fairs, outreach activities, presentations, and promotional initiatives.
Undertake other duties assigned by the Manager.

Key Selection Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in education, recruitment, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build networks and stakeholder relationships.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Team player committed to shared goals and service excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital tools and other new technologies.
