About the Role
The Senior Faculty Marketing Manager for the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating FSE’s marketing, recruitment, outreach and communications plans to achieve recruitment targets and strengthen the Faculty external profile.
They’ll be the trusted Marketing advisor for the Faculty and have in-depth knowledge of the Faculty’s education portfolio and research activity. They’ll build effective relationships with key stakeholders including the academic and student community and alumni.
They’ll be responsible for developing and implementing integrated Faculty marketing, recruitment and applicant conversion plans, including CRM communications, working with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, International office and Faculty colleagues), to drive student applications and achieve recruitment targets.
The successful candidate will have a Degree with professional experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns and communications plans in a complex educational stakeholder environment.
They should have experience in delivering effective cross channel marketing and CRM campaigns including offline, digital, and social media to generate leads, nurture and convert prospective future students to ARU.
They’ll be proficient in using datasets to review marketing performance, creating dashboards to measure and report on KPIS and evaluate new markets and products.
