Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The Senior Finance Administrator works in a Shared Services team model and will contribute proactively to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, innovation and process improvements to university systems, processes, and service culture.
As the Senior Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive finance administrative service to customers, including processing of software renewal requests from the business, maintaining data on excel spreadsheets, undertaking monthly journals, processing FlexiPurchase payments, reconciliations, and generating purchase requisitions.
Mōu | Who You Are
We're on the lookout for a candidate with experience in working with accounts payable and strong competency in Microsoft products - particularly Outlook and Excel. You can use and support a wide variety of systems, for example, FlexiPurchase, Oracle EBS and Unimarket, additional advantage given to experience in ServiceNow.
You are highly organised, are a clear communicator, and have a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building positive working relationships with a diverse range of people and who works well within a team, contributing effectively and collaboratively.
