Position Summary
The Senior HR Employee Relations Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a fair, consistent, and supportive workplace environment. This position supports the full spectrum of employee relations activities, including investigations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee relations or HR compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
- Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
