You will collaborate with researchers, attorneys and industry partners, broadening your influence across diverse innovation pipelines.

What you will deliver:

• Lead assessment and protection of new inventions, crafting robust patent strategies for MDHS and HASS portfolios.
• Draft, prosecute and manage patent applications, partnering with external counsel to optimise scope, cost and timelines.
• Provide expert IP advice for licensing, collaborations and spinouts, aligning patent positions with commercial objectives.
• Manage IP portfolios and reporting, monitoring deadlines, risks, opportunities and cost forecasts across assigned technologies.
• Contribute to governance, processes and continuous improvement of University-wide IP management systems and practices.
