They should also have a sense of responsibility, in particular with regard to environmental and social issues.

Context and educational objectives

Educational expectations

The person recruited to the Centre for Preparation for Chartered Accountancy at IUT2 Grenoble - UGA will teach DCG and DSCG preparation courses to students in initial and work-study programmes who are aiming for careers in chartered accountancy. They will join the multidisciplinary teaching team of 14 permanent staff, including 6 lecturers and associate lecturers.

The successful candidate will teach the DCG UE7 – Management and DSCG UE3 – Management and Management Control modules. The subject areas to be covered include strategy, value creation and organisational management, as well as business management and organisation. The official programmes include topics such as AI, sustainability and risk management.

The successful candidate will be expected to adapt their teaching methods and content to the diverse audiences attending these courses. The teaching approach adopted should enable students to prepare for the DCG and DSCG national examinations (problem-based questions, managerial analysis, analysis of complex situations, formulation of recommendations).

The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to integrate and actively collaborate within the teaching team, which is made up of teacher-researchers, teachers and professionals from the chartered accountancy sector.

The successful candidate will also have to demonstrate their interest and experience in differentiated teaching practices: project-based learning, learning through play, inverted classroom, etc. They will follow students in their internship or work-study program.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a broad and cross-disciplinary vision of the teaching provided in the University Bachelor of Technology, an ability to integrate and collaborate actively within the teaching team, particularly with a view to setting up and participating in learning and assessment situations. Knowledge of the professions targeted by the department's training courses is appreciated.

The successful candidate will be required to develop professional relationships with professional accounting networks in order to strengthen links between training, research and the local area.

Administrative activities

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the DCG and DSCG national examination boards. They will also supervise DCG and DSCG work-study students.

In the longer term, they will be required to take on responsibilities within the CPEC (responsible for internships, work-study programmes, academic years, etc.).

In view of these expectations, previous professional experience demonstrating commitment to collective educational responsibilities and/or team supervision will be appreciated.

The successful candidate will be required to integrate into one of CERAG's thematic areas: FIRMS (Financing, Information, Risks, Markets, Environment, Sustainability); TERRES (Territories, Ecosystems, Resources, Resilience, Sustainability); TRECS (Transitions, Responsibilities, Experiences, Behaviours and Society) or ORITA (Organization, Responsibility, Innovation, Work, Learning). The laboratory is looking to recruit a colleague whose research focuses on supporting ecological and social transitions in line with its scientific orientation: CERAG is working to build a collective of researchers who use management sciences to promote a socially and ecologically sustainable society.

The research profile focuses on the study of processes, methods and tools that support organisations in their transformations. It involves analysing the internal and external interactions of actors and organisations.

For example, the successful candidate may show an interest in topics related to:

  • transition management (in the context of crises).
