Senior Lecturer

The National University of Singapore invites applications for Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medicine, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

The Senior Lecturer will work closely with the Centre for Infectious Disease Emergency Response (CIDER) team led by Professor Dale Fisher.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide delivery of appropriate components of courses in the MSc in Infectious Disease Emergencies
  • Assist in repackaging of individual courses for outreach delivery, as requested
  • Manage course evaluation and faculty feedback with improvements applied to future delivery
  • Mentor junior faculty and contribute to faculty development
  • Assist with development of new components of the programme
  • Assist in attraction of philanthropists to sponsor scholarships
  • Assist in programme promotion through personal networks
  • Build partnerships with local and international organisations and professional bodies
  • Promote the School’s reputation through conference and outreach activities
  • Engage in academic research and scholarly activities
