Senior Manager, CRM, Records and Compliance Applications

About This Opportunity

The Senior Manager, CRM, Records and Compliance Applications leads the support and enhancement delivery of key enterprise systems —Oracle Service CRM, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Records Management — to enable the University’s strategic objectives. You will oversee a small team within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, ensuring these systems deliver sustainable and innovative solutions across the University.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery, operational support, and continual improvement of the University’s Oracle CRM, GRC, and TRIM systems.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a small team to ensure effective service delivery, adherence to performance standards, and alignment with University policies.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align business processes, enhance system utilisation, and deliver strategic technology solutions.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships, operational budgets and IT projects to ensure quality outcomes and value for investment.

About You

You are an experienced IT leader with a proven background in enterprise application management and a demonstrated ability to drive digital solutions that enhance organisational performance. You combine tactical strategy with hands-on leadership, guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and future-focused technology outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise CRM and Compliance systems in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives that drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring technical teams to achieve high standards of customer service and deliver outcomes aligned with key performance indicators
  • Proven ability to manage projects and budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, education check, etc.
