The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
We are seeking a Senior .NET developer to work on our software development projects to help change the way our 28,000 students engage with AUT. Using cutting-edge architecture, our multi-award-winning software development team are leading transformational projects.

As a full-stack developer, your key responsibilities will include both front-end and back-end development using the Microsoft stack, including ASP.NET and SQL Server. You will be required to deal with business stakeholders, have a can-do attitude, be a good listener and a genuine team player whilst possessing the following must-have technical skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 6 years experienced front & back end MS .NET framework experience (C#, MVC)
- Development experience on the Microsoft Azure platform
- ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Microsoft DevOps, CI/CD
- Database development experience on MS SQL Server
- Web front-end skills with HTML, JS, CSS, JQuery
Additionally, candidates should have the following soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and customers to achieve understanding and action
- Proven experience in influencing and relationship management with an ability to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interests
- The ability to work in an agile environment

Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $110,000 - $131,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications), commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
