Customer Service
- Communicate and interact with co-workers, customers and others in a positive and respectful manner to provide positive public relations and customer service.
- Perform quality work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Complete all work according to established University and PTS procedures and standards.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to increase efficiency and improve services.
Qualifications
Minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent, with one-year retail experience in dealing with public and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Experience in a parking program.
- Experience at a university or a campus setting.
- Ability to process cash and credit transactions in a timely manner.
- Ability to organize information from multiple sources to correctly process parking transactions.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computerized parking system.
- Following and communicating University policies and procedures.
- Assisting in sustaining a culture of respect and accountability.
- History of strong and positive customer service experience.
Pay Range: $23.75 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 60% Appointment
