Senior Program Administrator Supervisor
Position Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Administrator Supervisor for the Institute for Families at the School of Social Work. Consistent with IFF's mission, this position will oversee a team of full-time and/or per diem trainers educating professionals who support family members across the state.
Key Duties
- Provides ongoing recruitment, supervision and coaching of trainers assigned to in-person and web-based courses for professionals working in New Jersey's child support system.
- Provides direct training services according to program needs.
- Performs individual and group coaching sessions to enhance trainers' skills and introduce tools and activities that maximize learner engagement and acquisition of knowledge and skills through methods that include technical assistance sessions, 1on1 supervision, and coordination of certification and train-the-trainer events.
- Supervises a team that may include full-time trainers and per diem trainers.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Training, Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, Child Development, or Communications. Five (5) years of facilitative training experience with adult learners.
Equipment Utilized
Computer proficiency to include: setting up and troubleshooting equipment; use of presentation software and inputting data on line.

Salary
A maximum of $92,500 is budgeted for this position.
