You will lead a team of Programme Administrators, within a Support Centre, in the provision of a high-quality advice and support service for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students which is delivered face-to-face, via a helpdesk, email, telephone system, etc, the student portal and other technological solutions. Working with Heads of Support Centre, Programme Managers, Student Support and Advice Managers, Academic Tutors, School Directors of Teaching and Learning Exam Officers, other key stakeholders and process owners, to identify, develop and apply best practice advice and support across the University and to determine consistent and effective ways of working and feedback mechanisms.
