- Lead project action plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, transition and benefits realisation.
- Oversee change management and the integration of new systems, capabilities and processes into People and Culture operations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and create an environment of collaboration, accountability and open communication.
- Manage project governance, facilitate stakeholder meetings and focus groups, and deliver high-level presentations.
- Manage external providers and contracts, ensuring successful delivery of contracted services.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and innovative P&C practices that support project outcomes.
Who we are looking for/Selection Criteria:
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex People and Culture projects from initial concept through to implementation and evaluation. You will bring extensive project management experience, ideally with a strong HR knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure projects deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
- Significant experience leading large-scale, complex projects, ideally within HR, People and Culture, business transformation or a related environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology-enabled transformation projects and managing multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR and People and Culture practices, policies and legislative requirements.
- The ability to identify business risks, analyse complex issues and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Outstanding leadership and change management capability.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive reports and presentations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and resources.
Role Requirements:
