Senior Regional Recruitment Manager
Required Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a master's degree are strongly preferred. Preference given to candidates living in the Cincinnati, Ohio metro area. Previous experience in college admissions, academic advising in higher education, college student personnel, or counseling or teaching in secondary schools; demonstrated interpersonal and written communication and public speaking skills. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Data analysis experience. The incumbent is able to represent the University in a professional and positive manner and abide by the National Association for College Admission Counseling's Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission. Ability to travel independently including overnight and internationally. Ability to pass background checks, university judiciary review, and regular driving history audits.
