"Senior Research Associate – Finance Division"

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Research Associate in the Finance Division on a contractual basis.

Organization Profile: The in-principle approval was granted by the Planning Commission in 2006 for development of a world-class institution on corporate affairs. Subsequently, detailed consultations were undertaken by MCA with the Planning Commission, corporate leaders, national & international institutions such as IIT Kharagpur, Yale University, George Washington University, and multilateral bodies such as the Commonwealth Secretariat regarding structure and functions of the proposed institution. Professional institutions like ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI were also consulted regarding the feasibility and relevance of such institute.

Qualification: CA/CMA Inter qualified or CA/CMA qualified or equivalent. Five years of experience in preparation and finalization of Financial Statements, Accounts finalization, statutory and internal audit, MIS, GST Returns, TDS Returns, preparing various reconciliations including 26 AS, BRS, expert knowledge in Tally ERP 9 etc. Knowledge of Accounting Standards and other related laws is essential. Working knowledge in PFMS.

Desirable: Experience of overall management of Books of Accounts at managerial/supervisory level. The Selection Committee may relax any of the conditions for deserving candidates.

Candidate Profile: The candidate should have completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be passionate towards teaching and guiding students, and have a good research record.

Job Location: Haryana, specifically Gurgaon.

Pay Scale: 60,000/-
