| Senior Research Faculty Basic and Applied Science Group | Ph.D in Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry or related fields with 5 years of research experience after Ph.D | Minimum of 20 research articles in SCIE journals or a combined impact factor of 30 or h-index of 15 and above. |
| Senior Research Faculty Engineering and Technology Group | Ph.D in Engineering preferably Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Science/ Bio-Medical or related fields with 5 years of research experience after Ph.D | Minimum of 15 research articles in SCIE journals or a combined impact factor of 20 or h-index of 15 and above. |
| Research Faculty Basic and Applied Science Group | Ph.D in Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry or related fields with 2 years of research experience after Ph.D | Minimum of 7 research articles in SCIE journals or a combined impact factor of 15 or h-index of 7 and above. |
| Research Faculty Engineering and Technology Group | Ph.D in Engineering preferably Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Science/ Bio-Medical or related fields with 2 years of research experience after Ph.D | Minimum of 5 research articles in SCIE journals or a combined impact factor of 10 or h-index of 5 and above. |
Retired Scientists/Researchers from Government Research Centers/Universities/Industries are also encouraged to apply. Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
