"Senior Research Fellow"

Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar is hiring for the position of Senior Research Fellow for the 2025-2026 academic year. The project is titled "Aluminothermic Reduction of Quartz for Production of Porous Silicon Anodes in Lithium-Ion Batteries (RP464)" and is sponsored by the Ministry of Mines.

Qualifications required: MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.

Department: Minerals, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.

Relevant Experience: Two years of experience as JRF or equivalent in Materials and Metallurgy.

Location: IIT Bhubaneswar.

Consolidated Pay: Up to Rs. 45,000 (depending on qualification and experience).
