About the role:
Operating within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research & Enterprise, the Senior Research Grants Officer is a key point of contact between ACU’s internal stakeholders including Faculty Associate Deans, research partners, grants teams and research support staff and external funding bodies, Institute Directors and research colleagues to ensure effective service delivery of projects and activities. The Senior Research Grants Officer provides high level professional support across both pre-award and post-award activities ensuring effective management of externally funded research grants whilst also actively identify funding opportunities to support growth in the university's research income across government and non-government sources. The position is an excellent opportunity for someone to advance their grants and research administration career and build broad experience in a complex, rewarding research environment.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
