What you will be doing:

• Design, configure, and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, business rules, workflows, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and module deployments.
• Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver incremental improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and user guides.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Five (5) plus years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• ServiceNow certification, preferred.
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
