Primary Responsibilities: Drive Strategic undergraduate recruitment for Mines and Metallurgy Academy programs using data-driven insights Develop and execute targeted communications and digital campaigns to engage prospective students and families Manage social media presence to increase program visibility and engagement Represent the programs at college fairs, high school visits, virtual events, and recruitment programs, with occasional travel Develop and update recruitment materials Maintain regular and effective communication with department chairs Plan and support on-and-off-campus recruitment events, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Academy goals Utilize Slate and other CRM systems to track prospective student interactions, manage communications, and support data-informed recruitment decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and families, high school counselors, faculty, and campus and community partners Support special initiatives and projects for the Mines and Metallurgy Academy and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions assigned Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $20.00-$23.37 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
