Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Study Plan Specialist to join Student Administration, People Services, Administrative Division.
The Senior Study Plan Specialist is responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing administration of student related Transnational Education (TNE) processes, procedures, and systems. The position is responsible for delivering excellent applicant and student service through the implementation of customer-centric systems and practices. The Senior Study Plan Specialist will establish effective working partnerships within the department, university, and with external stakeholders and universities, including in other countries. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to be proactive, be able to adapt policies and procedures to the TNE environment, and deliver innovative solutions.

Student Administration makes a key contribution to the delivery of student services that span the student lifecycle: admission, enrolment, student fees, timetable management and class registration, examinations, results, records management, progression and graduation.
The department supports international, domestic and research higher degree students, in collaboration with specialist service partners across the university.
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree and at least four (4) years relevant experience within an education environment or similar.
- Proven ability to work as part of a high-performing team that builds a culture committed to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify, analyse and critically evaluate relevant policies, procedures and systems to achieve workable solutions to meet business needs.
- Proven high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse client group.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and maintain relationships across staff, colleagues, networks and other external bodies to support and achieve business outcomes.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills which enable working independently, prioritisation, sound judgement on when to escalate issues, and to provide timely responses to unexpected challenges at short notice.
