Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong experience with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, CoreConnect, and Reporting. Solid experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT). Strong understanding of HR systems and business processes. Ability to work independently within defined scope and escalate appropriately when needed. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Understanding of Agile software development principles. Understanding of business principles as related to the various functional areas in Higher Education environments. Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, and MySQL. Thorough understanding of current tools and technologies to support Application Development, Application Administration and Application Support including ticketing/tracking software such as Jira and ServiceNow. Qualifications In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $120,000.00 to USD $140,000.00.
