Senior Teaching Administrator
The Department of Physics is looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Teaching Administrator to lead the Undergraduate Teaching Office. The Teaching Office is a busy central hub for all teaching coordination and administration activities supporting teaching to around 900 students each year, utilising approximately 70 University Teaching Officers (UTOs) and Researchers.
We are seeking an exceptional and highly personable administrator, ideally with some experience of working in a science or technology department (or related) in a higher education institution. You will have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with office and web software.
Given the demands of teaching cycles and examination periods, the role requires a flexible approach to working patterns and the ability to adjust priorities when needed.
