Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end migration of UNSW’s web content from Drupal to AEM.
  • Manage third-party vendors and agencies to ensure smooth delivery of technical, design and content milestones.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Education, Student Services and web transformation teams to ensure the staff and student experience is at the centre of every decision.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all content is accurate, accessible and functional.
  • Maintain and improve SEO performance and use Adobe Analytics to track engagement and optimise outcomes.
  • Proactively resolve challenges and uphold governance standards for consistent, high-quality digital delivery.

About You:

You’re a confident digital leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to bring structure and creativity together.

You’ll bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience in digital content production, UX, or web management.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
  • A strong understanding of UX and UI best practices and a passion for user-centred design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you know how to engage, influence and deliver.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on outcomes and quality.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or student recruitment (highly regarded).
