Sensa Health ENT is a comprehensive ear, nose and throat (ENT) and head and neck practice with fellowship-level expertise in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery. Our mission is to improve quality of life through the senses, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to the diverse communities of Southern California.

Our brand-new flagship office in Placentia
We recently opened our flagship office in Placentia, a brand-new, purpose-built multi-specialty space shared with a general surgeon and an interventional cardiologist, which makes collaboration and referrals easy. Our ENT space is about 4,500 square feet and designed from the ground up for efficient, high-quality ENT care:
- 7 exam rooms and a dedicated procedure room
- In-office computed tomography (CT) imaging, pending acquisition
- 2 sound-treated audiology booths with modern diagnostic audiometry
- High-definition video endoscopy and a full instrument reprocessing and sterilization suite
The Opportunity
This is a chance to build a busy practice from day one, with an established referral base, strong community ties and a ready patient population. Many of our patients prefer care in Spanish or Korean, and a bilingual otolaryngologist will be able to serve them from the first day.
We welcome both general otolaryngologists and those with a subspecialty interest, such as otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, head and neck oncology, sleep surgery or pediatric otolaryngology. We will support you in growing your area of focus, adding new service lines and using our in-office procedure capabilities to their full potential. You will also have the opportunity to take part in our office expansion, including the build-out of an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in the near future.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients across the full range of general otolaryngology
- Perform office-based procedures, such as nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, video stroboscopy, in-office sinus and ear procedures, and biopsies
- Perform surgery at our affiliated hospitals and surgery centers in Los Angeles and Orange County
- Travel between our Placentia flagship and Koreatown offices to see patients at both locations
- Communicate with patients and families in English and in Spanish or Korean
- Collaborate with our audiology, clinical and research teams, and with referring physicians
- No hospital call
- Participate in the practice's clinical trials as a sub-investigator, including patient screening, enrollment and study visits
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited otolaryngology - head and neck surgery residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible with the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (ABOto)
- Active California medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before the start date
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, or eligibility to obtain one
- Fluency in Spanish or Korean (spoken; reading and writing a plus)
- Ability to obtain hospital and surgery center privileges in Los Angeles and Orange County
- Willingness to participate in clinical trials as a sub-investigator, including completing Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
Preferred
- Fellowship training or a strong subspecialty interest (all subspecialties considered)
- Comfort with office-based procedures
- Prior clinical research experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and Korean
- New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply
Compensation and Support
- Guaranteed annual compensation of $400,000
- Relocation assistance
- Clear path to partnership
- Full clinical and administrative support: medical assistants, audiology, scheduling, billing and insurance credentialing
Why Join Us
- Brand-new office, state-of-the-art equipment: practice in our modern, purpose-built Placentia flagship with a dedicated procedure room and audiology on site, in a multi-specialty setting alongside general surgery and interventional cardiology
- Serve your community in your language: care for patients who seek out a physician who speaks Spanish or Korean
- Grow your interests: room to build a subspecialty niche and launch new service lines, such as thyroid RFA, and help shape our upcoming expansion, including a planned ASC
- Research access: gain hands-on clinical trial experience as a sub-investigator
- Strong team: experienced audiology, clinical and back-office staff, with efficient scheduling and minimal patient wait times
- Lifestyle: no hospital call, and two convenient locations in Orange County and Los Angeles
